I need to cool i7 8700 non k

What's your price range? What do you want it to do?

For the height of the case listed on Corsair's site (120mm), that's the best.

I recently bought an i5 7500 should i go with liquid cooling or air cooling

K your cpu does not need liquid cooler, but India is hot, so water will help a lot more then air.  If you in the US then Air makes sense.  Get a 1070 or 1080 since price have dropped even the RTX 2060 is low in price.
