I recently bought an i5 7500 should i go with liquid cooling or air cooling

Why would you bother trolling us watercooling an i5 that can't overclock?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

Bro your cpu isnt overclockable. Dont get liquid cooling, get some air cooler. GO ON THE INTERNET AND DO RESEARCHE!

You don't really need aftermarket cooler. If you want one for less noise, skip 212. There are better options. What region are you at?

Stock cooler should be fine unless you think it's too noisy.

Actually no. Case can fit 154mm coolers. So Gammaxx 400 does fit barely.

The clearance listed for Corsair Spec cases are conservative and don't account for the side panel bump.

You mean that hyper 212 Evo will fit in spec 1

Yes. The links I provided show systems with the 212 Evo being used on the Spec-01. That being said, the Gammaxx 400 mentioned is better and probably cheaper.
