I found someone that listed the r7 260 for 35 eur is that okay price. 

P.S. He sent me SS from Fur Mark at 1080p 65c 17fps and 720p 50c 19fps

And also Uniengine but i dont remember or have ss at the time

@BojanM  maybe you can find a used 760/960 or amd 265 or 270, those are better cards and should be around that price used

even if you're limited with budget, you can get something better, but make sure your PSU can support these.
