Testing RAM OC and Timings

Up until this point I had only been loading XMP settings for my RAM.  I'm interested in testing faster RAM clock speed and/or tighter timings, but I'm not sure how I should test if it is stable.  Suggestions on benchmark tools would be appreciated.

Safest bet would be copying all the timings of faster kits available with the same RAM chips and trying them out.
