Hi, I have tried to make a build for my next gaming pc but I definitely need some help. I have chosen to go with an intel i5 8600k, I will not be overclocking right now but I will have to. I’ll use a Gtx 1070 8gb from Asus ( in Amazon Italy its only 400 ) and a moba always from asus. Please I need some help to figure out if I can use a 3000mhz even though Asus says it supports 4000mhz and if the whole build can work. I would also like to know if I have to buy any SATA or power cable extra. I already have an ssd and an hdd, should I consider buying an m.2 storage?

Do you think I need extra fans? And how can I make it more rgb? Thanks a lot for your help and forgive me for grammatical errors.

Oh god this is why people get fucked over buying the maximus xi hero. The aorus elite z390 board from gigaabyte is much better for overclocking.

You don't need 3000mhz ram for Intel CPU's, 2400 is fine at a minimum IMO. For $40 I think the cryorig h7 is a better aircooler, though I could be wrong.

Is the price the same?

yeah its about the same in the US. Can you make a pcpartpicker list so this is easier to work with?

also, get a case with better airflow. If you're overclocking somewhat high you'll obviously want a better cooler.

I would take a look at the Phanteks P350X as a case, if you like the look of it. Great value as it's cheaper than the H500P, quite a bit of character, and plenty of airflow.
