This CPU cooler looks pretty dank and its only like $10.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/5-Color-LED-CPU-Cooler-Master-Fan-Heatsink-for-Intel-LGA1156-1366-AMD-3-2-Socket/372510149781?hash=item56bb55cc95:g:hb4AAOSw5cZb9o4d:rk:3:pf:1&frcectupt=true

But the question is how well does it cool?

Will it surpass the stock cooler?

I'm wondering what type of CPU cooler I should get for a 130W TDP X5680 at stock.

The stock 1366 cooler for $3
