New Custom Built Computer keeps freezing

Hi I recently built a computer and two times now sometimes when I am loading into a game of league my computer completely locks up and freezes and the only way to fix it is to hold the power button to reset it, please help me out.

System Specs:

Motherboard: Gigabyte z390 Aorus Pro

Processor: Intel i7-9700k

Heatsink: Noctua NH-D15

RAM: 32Gbs of G.Skill 2400mhz 

GPU: Gigabyte GTX970

Storage: 1TB Samsung SSD

Power Supply: EVGA 1000W Gold Edition 

Overclocked Processor using Gigabyte Intel Extreme and set it to overclock itself to keep it in safe levels

the overclock wont be stable, set it to stock and see if that fixes it. I can give you some manual settings later if that works.

I had this happen with my Ryzen build a while back and narrowed it down to windows updating, that may not apply here since it sounds like you've had it built for a while but that's my two cents.
