Linus’s review of the ‘Shadow’

To keep it short because I am writing on my phone.

After watching the review of this ‘Shadow’ I thought I’d give it a try.. signed up paid their fees, never received the shadow that was shown in the video, it turns out... you’ve got to have a computer in the first place... all you’re buying is a subscription to what’s pretty much a VPS..

but for games, in all honesty I’m very disappointed because the video makes it seem like you’re buying a product and obviously I expected a subscription service but I assumed that I’d get that little 7watt box sent to me so I could start playing.... but nope....

From what I've read the shadow ghost (which is replacing the shadow box which is no longer available) is a separate item that you have to purchase and is not available for rent with your subscription (which I'm suspecting the shadow box was).
