Average 9900k overclocks?

I was just wondering what overclocks us non lottery winning are getting? Is there a sweet spot?

You can get her to 5Ghz at about 1.3ish volts I believe.  Its gonna get hot so hope you got proper cooling.  4.6Ghz with a cup of coffee in the other hand.  You can do 5Ghz just remember change multi only , and change vcore to 1.30v to start off.

Sweet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  He should settle on 4.8Ghz and see if it can run stable for a few days, without stress testing.  Then slowly we we increase your 1.3v and your clock and what not.

Right now im at 4.9Ghz @1.325v with 36c idle and 63c load.

Currently running 5.3GHz with no issues. Max temps on prime95 75c @ 1.42v, max temps in battlefield V around 60.

Can I ask what voltage your using to get that baby to 5.3Ghz ? Thanks

Currently got it at 5.3Ghz with 1.375V, but downclocked since there's no use to 5.0Ghz at 1.28V.

1.42v for stability. It works at 1.39 but every few days it would randomly crash.

You won the silicon lottery.  Your chip does 5.3Ghz at a very low voltage.  good job

You guys are lucky, this is my second 9900k and the best I've gotten is 5.1 @ 1.46v, no AVX offset, delided and direct-die cooled with thermal grizzly liquid metal with temps getting as high as mid 90c when hit with a combine CPU, FPU, and Cache load on Aida64. It detects overheating but it doesn't throttle.
