ASUS ROG Motherboard Red LED

Hello everyone,

A few days ago I built my very first gaming pc, it worked perfectly untill this morning. When I tried to turn it on it only showed a red LED light on the motherboard (the BOOT, VGA, DRAM and CPU light.) All of the fans are spinning and even the LED's on my GPU are working. I don't know what to do. I haven't overclocked my PC or did anything weird with it. I even used an anti-static wrist band to make sure I wouldn't zap my components. I used the following parts, Ryzen 5 1400, RX 570 4gb, 8 GB Corsair RAM, a Corsair 450W power supply and a ASUS ROG STRIX B350F Motherboard. Can anyone help me out or tell me what to do? The picture shown below is a picture i took of the RED LED light

What light specifically lit up? The vga, dram or cpu light? Whichever one it gets stuck on is the boards way of telling you whats keeping the system from booting, and what you need to check frist.

That seems to be the cpu light? Did you mount the cpu carefully?

I only see your reply if you @ me.

reinstall the CPU, if it doesn't work its either a DOA board or CPU.

I reinstalled the CPU, the light is still showing. I don't think that it's a DOA (because it worked for a few days), I could be wrong though

Worked for a few days can still be "DOA" here is an example:

My new motherboard has a faulty socket / short that killed my CPU after 3 days.

Okay, I didn't know that. Is there anyway I can check which component is broken?

not testing it, could even be the power supply at fault.

Did you install motherboard stand offs?
