$1100 budget? What will you do with it?

 

All but the HDD, CPU, PSU and monitor will be going away

PSU I highly advice buy 600-700w range so you will have future proof and your psu wont suffer from overclocking

Hard to say, considering you didn't mention what you would use the PC for. Even when it was asked in the post you just replied to.

alright then, 

 

i expect using it for playing games and also maybe sometimes editing/recording/streaming video.

 

edit: also why should the gpu go away if I'm using a freesync monitor? is there a better amd gpu? also, consider that in germany prices are a lot different.
