Motherboard doesn’t turn on

however, when i turn the PSU on, the motherboard flashes but doesn’t stay on, does that mean its broken?

Did you short you board when you tried to install the 2080?

I'm gonna go find my own tech support...

with BLACKJACK and HOOKERS!

Look for burn-marks on the back of you board. If there is one, you shorted you board on Your case.

Anyways i managed to solve the issue and got my computer to work, thank you guys
