Limiting fps csgo?

ch3w2oy

Hey, I'm trying to limit my fps so that I'm within my freesync range. Which I think is up to 75.. It works fine in some games but it's not working csgo. Im using the radeon software to limit the fps under global settings. Im using a 4k 60hz display so I don't think I need 100fps and the game doesn't feel as fluid as I think it should. Or does it feel that way because it's on a server?

Any help?

Sorry, but how do I do that? I tried editing the config file last night but there's not a regular config file.

You find the console by hitting the Tilde key i believe

You enable developer console in settings, restart the game and press the tilde ~ button. A window will pop up, in the window, type fps_max 75

Never edit the Config file for a multiplayer game unless you are changing graphics
