Will it last for a year?

Raidmax XT series 500W

 

I know this is a low quality PSU and I am planning to use it along with these specs :

 

APU :Ryzen 5 2400g   ■    iGPU : Vega 11

Ram : 2×4gb ddr4 2666mhz

Mobo : MSI B450 bazooka

 

Im planning to use this PSU for about a year.

My first upgrade  will be buying a RTX570 and after about a month or 2 I'll upgrade my PSU to one of more quality.

 

Will the PSU be usable for a year?  I'll be using this PC to game on.

Should be okay, that system won't draw to much power at all so it won't really stress your PSU. You have the right idea though, plan to upgrade the PSU down the road to something better.

id recommend getting a propper PSU when you start  your build. swapping it is sort of a pain. also get high speed 3000/3200mhz memmory to feed the GPU of the 2400g

Cx450m is 25 bucks rn if you're in the us
