I just reinstalled Windows on to a new SSD and there is no app icons

Hello, i have just reinstalled windows to a new SSD from my hard drive. My hard drive has precious Photos and other things but every thing doesn't work of if it does has no icon. for example, discord is working but the icon is just a piece of paper and in my task bar its not very useful. its really bugging me. Any ideas?

Check settings i guess...

I'm gonna go find my own tech support...

with BLACKJACK and HOOKERS!
