Don't bother with the 212 Evo, stock coolers good enough. If you need better go up to an arctic esports, U14S or even better: Dark Rock Pro 4

Hitachi - Deskstar 7K2000 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

I would really recommend looking for a different internal HDD, because these have a generally higher tendency to fail than others which are comparable to this one. I guess that you could get a slightly better processor within your budget although your current processor should not be too far off in therms of performance, also you could get better value out of your system by lowering the grade of certain components which do not have a really significant direct performance effect (like thermal paste) and use the extra saved cost to upgrade other more essential system parts such as the central processing unit.

Hope this information post was helpful  ?,

The cooler and thermal paste are unnecessary. Also, is microATX something you need? Ideally you should get a motherboard with VRM heatsinks that aren't just blocks of metal on top of the VRMs, but it appears that all the microATX boards with good heatsinks are much more expensive... however this ATX board is pretty good and is pretty much the same price

I love computer hardware and feel free to ask me anything about that (or phones). I especially like SSDs. But please do not ask me anything about Networking, programming, command line stuff, or any relatively hard software stuff. I know next to nothing about that.

This is more what it should look like

the board lacks a top VRM, but that doesn't matter so much for non APU builds

the RX 570 is a better price and still has plenty of performance for 1080p gaming

Thats a low profile cooler you have there, look at a tower cooler like the Dark Rock Pro 4.

Cut the black hard drive, they're loud and don't offer a great performance gain. Get a WD blue drive.

Why low profile

You can get 4TB hard drives for that price

your GPU should be like $200, dunno why that RX 580 is overpriced

and it's missing a case?

Fantastic motherboard choice if you're going ATX. The cooler is good if you want that aesthetic, but I would highly suggest just getting a better CPU rather than getting an aftermarket cooler for a mid-range CPU. Even just stepping up to the 2600X gets you a better stock cooler with RGB, and unless you're stepping up to the top-tier processors like the 2700X or 8700K, it's almost always better to just get a better CPU rather than a better cooler. Finally, don't worry too much about the hard drive, you might not even need it unless you have a massive game library. A 1TB SSD would likely be a better option than two separate drives.

The Sapphire Nitro+ series is more of a "special edition" type product, so it carries a bit of a premium. That's still a terrible price because I've seen them as low as $220, but they must be out of stock. This isn't an aesthetic-focused build anyways so just get the cheapest 8GB 580.

That isn't even the special edition blue one, just a normal nitro card.
