Will this cpu provide 144hz gaming?

Im planning on upgrading to ryzen 2700x. Will this processor give me stable 144fps in games like fortnite, black ops 4, rainbow six siege etc. I am running a 1070 gpu at the moment and don't mind playing games with medium or possibly low settings. All answers are appreciated

 

EDIT: I play on 1920x1080 1080p all the time.

At 1080p? Yes, and at high settings.

 

Though, if you're just gaming get the 2600

Yeah i play on 1080p sorry for forgetting to mention that. And I will be also video editing but I didn't mention it becouse im looking for gaming performance now
