Can't get Wifi to work on Samsung RV509 laptop

Hi , did a fresh install of windows 7 on RV509 laptop

Installed the Broadcom wifi drivers from the samsung website and when I'm trying to connect to any network I get an error : windows was unable to connect to Wifi network

It's not a problem with my router becuase I tried other public wifi and it shows the same error message
