Cpu Throttling at low Temps

hello guys it's my first time here on this forum. kinda need a lil help.

after 10-15 seconds the cpu stuck at 70% although the max frequency under heavy workload is 2.40GHz

in aida64 its not showing any throttling so please someone here guide me how to fix this problem.

that just looks like powerthrottling, not surprising considering its a laptop CPU

 

also show per thread usage and not total usage

 

taskmanager sucks at this sort of thing

like phones most laptops dont like to be at 100% for long. Get Hwinfo64 and you can monitor everything while stress testing the machine

Undervolting your CPU in Intel XTU should help prevent power throttling, I recommend that you do that.
