Server PSU for desktop 12V on pin20

Hello

i have a server psu its Dell h875ef-00. Its 800 watts silver so i was figuring out if i can use it in a desktop because i already have it. So far everything checks out except one thing - theres +12V going to pin 20. Wiki says it used to have -5V and in new standard its unused. And indeed my other psu has nothing going to pin 20 so im guessing this is dells custom mod for more power just for their boards.

 

My question is should i play it safe and just cut the wire or it doesnt matter if i leave it? How is the pin 20 connected on motherboard itself ?
