Okay so im planing on playing on 1440p highest setting on most triple A title games like tomb raider etc. also for some video editing so its a ryzen build.

This is my build for 3400$ with monitor and keyboard and headset and mouse and some rgb fans.

 

motherboard: ASUS ROG Crosshair VII Hero (Wi-Fi)

cpu: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X

gpu: ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 2080 (i was going for gtx 1080 ti but could find o new one in stock)

power supplyEVGA Supernova 750 G3, 80 Plus Gold 750W, Fully Modular

cpu cooler: NZXT Kraken X62 280mm All-in-one Water

ram: CORSAIR Vengeance RGB PRO 16GB DDR4 3200MHz

case: Phanteks Pro M Tempered Glass

storge: Samsung 860 EVO 2TB 2.5 Inch SATA III Internal SSD

monitor: LG 32GK850G-B 32" QHD Gaming Monitor with 144Hz Refresh Rate and NVIDIA G-Sync

Actually fine. You don't need a 750W PSU though, 550w is enough

I would say to switch over to Intel for your use case, but the 2700x is a great processor. So either way you'll be fine.

You're paying the ROG tax on that motherboard.

Your PSU can go down in wattage unless you're trying to go for better efficiency to save a few bucks on the electricity bill.

2TB SSD. You could get away with a 1TB and a huge HDD. Unless those few seconds are really crucial for you.

Other than those little gripes, this is a great build.

you're right i was going for m.2 970 evo but i will do as you recomend thanks.
