How to Uninstall After Reformat

Hey, I just reformatted my boot drive after it was working incorrectly, but everything installed on my hard drive was not touched. After the reformat, I realized I cannot open up MSI Afterburner (on my HDD), and I would like to reinstall it. There are also a few other programs on my HDD that I would like to uninstall; however, I realized that none of these apps on my HDD are in the "Programs and Features," so I do not know how to uninstall them. Can someone tell me how to uninstall them? Thanks for the help.

Will they let you highlight and delete them into the recycle bin?

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

I can delete the shortcut of the application but not actually uninstall it, which is what I want to do

Just delete them i.e. move them into the recycling bin. Those programs had files on the OS that they needed to run. Since you formated that drive, they can't find them and so they can't work. The only way to make them work again is to reinstall them
