Are Facebook Post Times in my timezone?

If there is a post by someone who lives in another timezone 2 hours ahead, and I check the date of the post and it says 4th December 9 A.M, does it mean the post was created in my timezone 9 A.M or in that persons timezone 9 A.M, so actually 7 A.M in my timezone?

All FB posts you see are according to your timezone, yes.
