Windows 10 Lag!

Alright so I just built a pc and it’s amazing! It truly is awesome to be part of the master race lol. The only thing is my windows 10 sometimes boots without my apps loading like discord, steam like they should. My games run at 200fps and feel like 10. I figured it out that my drive (SSD) was running at 3% normal right. Before I had the same issue but my drive was at 100% with nothing open. How can I permanently fix this issue. I can usually make it work by restarting my pc 2-3 times but come on that’s just dumb.

250gb Kingston SSD

RX 570 4gb OC

8gb ddr4 2400mhz

How did you install windows?

Do you have any other drives connected to the system?

fyi that's how windows 10 normally works so don't worry

No I only have one drive my ssd and the usb with windows
