Case Suggestions

dpopp783

I'm building my first PC, and I've chosen all my parts, but I'm a bit overwhelmed in choosing a case. I'm not really sure what the most important things to look for are. I don't particular care about aesthetics, as long as it looks decent (Like I'm not looking for LEDs or anything like that) and I'd prefer plain black, but maybe with a viewing window. Here's my parts list:

Right now I have the Corsair Air 540 selected, but that was a pretty arbitrary choice, I doubt it's actually the right case for me. I'm looking for something in the $50-100 range, again I'm going for function over form. Thanks for any help!

I used the corsair spec 04 for my first build and it is pretty nice in my opinion, but if you are looking for a full black case you could try the corsair carbide 100r.They are both fairly cheap.

If you dont care about aesthetics, the only thing that truly matters is making sure the case fits all your hardware (which PCPer is good for) and making sure your system stays cool enough to run at the given workloads (in this case I'm assuming gaming) In which case I would suggest something with a mesh front panel considering the 2070 and 9600 can get fairly warm.

I modified a few things to get more performance for your $$$. I played it safe with the Meshify C, threw in one extra case fan so that you have 2 intake and 1 exhaust, though you could easilly buy something like the Coolermaster H500 which as those huge 200mm fans already in the front. AS far as cases go there's a few good options with mesh front panels, and they're all relatively equal if you're not looking at aesthetics.
