Deciding between 2 pcs

So,im deciding to buy a pc,i actually wanted to build one at first but when i saw the part prices here,i thought i would better be off to go with a pre-built . Theres 2 pcs,theyre a bit used but in good condition. an hp z420 i believe

xeon e5 1620 16 gb ram and a 1060 6gb which costs 500 euros and the other which is an i7 4770 1060 6gb and 8gb ram. I originally wanted to go with the i7 since i don't know much about the xeon processor but it has less ram. the i7 build costs 530 euros. Is the extra 30 euros worth over a better processor (if it is better ofc) but less ram?

and how much will turbo boost raise the i7's GHz? as in all 4 cores?

the xeon may have ECC memory with it as well

 

but id still say the more ram is gonna be slightly better (unless the i7 is THAT much faster)

They are almost the same, but the 4770 will be faster in games, the z420 is still a great deal, the ram situation depends on if you will be multitasking or if you will be playing certain games because some games you will run into a bottleneck, they are both within 10% of each other

I prefer the i7-4770, 10% more speed for less than 10% more cost

Theyre about the same-ish, the 4770 runs less hot and consumes less power while also preforming abit better (personally thats what Id go with) however the 1620 does have abit more ram and while 8gb is still good for the time being it does save you the $22~ down the road if you decide you need more. If youre doing soley gaming Id say the 4770 but if you plan on doing videos or something too the 1620 wouldnt be a bad thought

How much does ddr3 ram go for?In the future i might add 8 gbs,and i mostly plan on gaming,maybe recording some gameplays but not much else.
