Are these temps acceptable on a 7700K?

My CPU is running at these temps while I'm gaming (added image). I'm streaming too, so I know it takes some tall on the CPU too, but 91 degrees C? I've never overclocked it and I'm running a Cooler Master ML240L cooler on it, which should be really good. My brother uses this cooler and he says he's reached a min.temp of 15C, so, yeah...

That sounds like a red lie to me, unless he means he's reached that temperature with his PC off?

The temps are high, buy some performance thermal paste like Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut and reapply it see if that will make some difference.
And 15C at idle ? Is he using Liquid nitrogen ?

fairly normal for a non-delidded 7700K in my opinion. Unless your room is colder than 15 degrees, your brother is exaggerating. Only can reach ambient at best, and even that is diffiuclt.

At 4.6GHz those temps are a little high, especially for that voltage. I also highly recommend de-lidding your CPU if you aim higher.
