Without knowing said requirements, nobody can provide you with any suggestions ;) 

 

What do you need the system to do? Which applications do you need to run? Do you need a monitor/keyboard/mouse or just a PC tower or laptop?

PC Specs - AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D - MSI B550M Mortar - 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR4-3600 @ CL16 - ASRock RX7800XT - 660p 1TBGB & Crucial P5 1TB - Fractal Define Mini C - CM V750v2 - Windows 11 Pro

Any thing with at least 8gb of memory and a Core i7 8th gen (maybe throw a nVidia MX130/MX150) would already be ideal for you to conclude your course.
