Hello, im changing my Motherboard from "M5 A97 EVO" to a "ASUS ROG STRIX B350-F". I currently have a 980ti and a corsair gs800 (telling for space)
My current case is Cooler Master CM690 II (lite i think, the not-advanced one) took me a while to find the model because i bought it several years ago. And im looking to change it for one that's compatible with my new motherboard.

I've been looking for a while if my current case is compatible with my (soon to arrive) motherboard, the most i could faintly gather about compatibility issues is that my current one doesnt have frontal usb 3.

So, what im looking for (in order):
- Silence (most important thing of all by a far margin)
- Anti-dust, extending the periods between pc dusting would be nice
- That its cool (temperature wise) (bought a Noctua nh-u12 se-am4)
- And i don't care at all for lights and such, i end up turning all those lights off or even covering them

- Would prefer it without glass window (they looks noisy) and let out lights. It wouldnt be a dealbreaker since i could cover it with foam or something, though i would be wary oficina breaking it.

(in short: something dead silent, anti-dust that isnt ridiculously priced)

I heard a bit about Fractal Design Meshify C (or fractal Defiene C or R6, or the NZXT s340 ) somewhere, not sure if this is a better case than mine, if its too small or if it is what im looking for, but something around that price would be neat. (Ir doesnt have to be these models, just mentioning those i heard of).

Thanks.

It's not too small. Usually your only concern is if you're using a long GPU with a front mounted AIO. But since you're using thre NH-U12, your GPU can be up to 315mm long with front fans mounted.

The Define C will be quieter than the Meshify C, but the Meshify C will be cooler. Both have similar levels of dust filtration although the Define C would be easier to clean. The R6 is just a big modular versio for the Define C with optional extra HDD space or watercooling room.

Ty for the response.

Do glass panels vibrate or conduct sound more? (In regards of the define C having one).

Is the NZXT s340 worst than it?

Nope. in fact the Define C I believe either has a thin amount of foam on the edges of the glass or on the mounts to reduce any potentials of vibration noises , but this is common for quality cases

Ty, and between the Define C and the r6, Is there any improvement in silence/airflow/dusting un the r6 or ir just provides more room?

Is the Coolermaster 300L comparable to these?

The (Q)300L is a microATX Case.... It's not comparable at all

Oh, ty.

And compared to the NZXT (s and h) lines ? Which one would offer the best dust filtration (with 2 fans at the top panel). With a good noise/air ratio ?

Neither are great for airflow, but both have the same dust filtration which would be similar to the Fractal Design Define series

Ill only annoy you with 1 more question :D

Considering these 3 things (good filtration, noise damp, temp) in this price range, which case would you buy for yourself ?

Having worked with both an NZXT S340 and a Fractal Design Define C in the past, I prefer the Define C.
