Is this the correct way?

Earlier this year I bought a custom pc at a local hardware store and I am not sure if the fans and the coolingblock are posisiond the right way around. 

I am using a thermaltake view 21 as case and the thermaltake water 3.0 for cooling.

I also can't see the fans in the front (see compareson picture)

Can't tell from the pictures, but you can easily check:

Just hold your hand inside and verify, that the fans are blowing air from the front to the case to the back ;)

You can't see your fans because you put them on the back side of the radiator........

but will it make a diffrence when they are in the front or the back
