Cheap 2 fan mAtx case preferably no leds (or leds that can be turned off)

Helping a friend with a cheap build. This is the frontrunner, but dont know if LEDs turn off.

 

Edit: cant tell if this comes stock with 2 fans

i5-8600k, MSI Z370-A Pro, 2x 8GB DDR4-3k, MSI Gaming X 1060, NZXT S340, 2TB HDD, 750w Corsair PSU, AOC 2775 OC'd to 80Hz and CFG73 at 144hz

there is no point of cable management (but you can manage everything except the pcie , and its fine imo. Q300l doesnt have 2 stock fans./
