Can the 2080 RTX render a circle ?

As we all know we can't render circles in games.  They AA the circle and its better,, but a circle has edges to them.  Like car games,, its noot a full nice circle,, its jaggidy.  When will we have the video card horsepower and game developers incorporate circles LOL..

What? Just turn up the resolution and keep the display small.
