Laptop for graphic design student

Hello guys! First post here with quite a few questions...
1. is i5-8300H really better than i7-7700HQ?
2. Would lenovo y530 be good for graphic design work? I heard it has bad screen. (later with specs)
3. Okay probably main question... is y530 with specs: i7-8750H| 1050 GB| 8GB ram| 1TB| worth extra 136€ in price over same y530 but with i5-8300H| 1050GB| 8GB| 1TB + SSD 128GB| 8GB ram| (first one is about 935€ and other is 799€)
4. I have a list of laptops I've looked at while searching for a good one and I'm really hooked on y530 but if it's screen is lame so that's a no no for graphical design.. LIST IS HERE (googledrive)
5. Maybe you have any other suggestions or tips? My budget is about 1000€ the lower the better.. So I guess I'm looking best bang for a buck.
6. Also design of a laptop is kinda important not in a visual way but in functionality I guess.. Good thermals, sturdy feeling for a price. Touchpad can be bad.. It will be barely used.. :))

P.S my location is Lithuania so our pricing will be different.

Honestly, at this point, the screen is the most important aspect fr doing GD on a laptop.  AFAIK that is a primary driving force behind Apples dominance in that market, even when many actually run Windows on MacBooks.  Their screens are a known quality part.

I have a Lenovo Y520, and even though it has an IPS screen, I would never recommend it to someone who needs accurate color for photo/graphic work.  Its not a bad laptop or anything, but the display is extremely sub par for production quality work.

just the CPU itself, then only a little due to frequency increases.

If you ask me then 4K screen ones will be my choice, Dell XPS 15 or even Alienware stuff (if you care about performance) for example. btw XPS 15 with 6 core CPU is a stupid idea, that thing overheats easily under consistent load.

CPU: i7-2600K 4751MHz 1.44V (software) --> 1.47V at the back of the socket Motherboard: Asrock Z77 Extreme4 (BCLK: 103.3MHz) CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 RAM: Adata XPG 2x8GB DDR3 (XMP: 2133MHz 10-11-11-30 CR2, custom: 2203MHz 10-11-10-26 CR1 tRFC:230 tREFI:14000) GPU: Asus GTX 1070 Dual (Super Jetstream vbios, +70(2025-2088MHz)/+400(8.8Gbps)) SSD: Samsung 840 Pro 256GB (main boot drive), Transcend SSD370 128GB PSU: Seasonic X-660 80+ Gold Case: Antec P110 Silent, 5 intakes 1 exhaust Monitor: AOC G2460PF 1080p 144Hz (150Hz max w/ DP, 121Hz max w/ HDMI) TN panel Keyboard: Logitech G610 Orion (Cherry MX Blue) with SteelSeries Apex M260 keycaps Mouse: BenQ Zowie FK1

Also of note is the fact that no all graphic design tools use more than a few cores.  A higher clocked quad will likely perform better in a number of cases.

Programs what will be used is a lot of adobe stuff (ps, illustrator, premiere, ae also 3dmax)
So going by this comment i7-8750H is not worth extra 100-140€ over i5-8300H?

If you're just a student then lower end devices like the HP Envy 17 with 4K screen (last gen stuff) will do. The monitor is the same as the ones used by far more expensive models, but HP cut the price by giving you hardware that's no good for games.

Does not really matter. That's why my favorite seems y530. As for screen... As much as I googled it's color gamut is quite better than dells g3/g5 and acer's nitro...

PS is thread limited most times, same for illustrator.  Premiere is less thread adverse, but its still limited.

AE and 3DS Max both use threads well, AFAIK.
