Laptop NOT CHARGING!!

I just got my Asus ROG Strix Scar Edition (GL703GM) yesterday and my laptop sometimes randomly goes on battery and I have to replug the laptop. Currently, I am unable to get it to charge. I tried replugging many times but it doesn't seem to work. What is going on and how can I fix it?

RMA it as fast as possible lol. Similar problem happened to me, the battery is no longer recognized, but it was not under warranty. Expensive fix.

Typical Asus QC, just RMA it. Good luck with the service though, one local forumer sent his GL504GM for RMA - 1+month and nothing's fixed
