brand and efficiency have nothing to do with quality

 

And no, it's because it has a 6 pin connector doesn't mean it's appropiate for any GPU with a 6 pin

 

there are very crappy PSUs out there with many connectors

You can build a pretty high end system with 400 watts, but still I recommend staying away from anything not listed on this list or below Tier 4.
