Encrypted email??

I have only heard of Lavabit which i know is now gone, but I also heard about Dark Mail which I saw was founded or co-founded by the same person who owned Lavabit. I am new and just starting into the world of encryption and i would like any suggestions for a good encryoed email provider. Unfortunatly the people over at teksyndicate were unable/unwilling to answer me on this topic.

Just use PGP/GPG. What exactly do you want encrypted? GPG/PGP is the best way to do it really.

 

If you really want it to be private then host your own mail server. Its pretty simple to set up, and doesnt cost much.

Lavabit, or a version/type of Lavabit is coming back, but will be more of a you have to set it up and run it MailServer, should be in a few months though.

I roll with sigs off so I have no idea what you're advertising.
