AG251FZ problems, can't get 240 Hz

Hey,

I just bought AOC AG251FZ monitor, for the reason of 240 Hz. The problem is when I try to change the resolution (to the same as standard (1920x1080)) and Hz I just get a black screen and when it turns on again its changes back to (1080p, 1920x1080). When I try to change the resolution through the windows settings, it changes back to 60 Hz, shortly after I hit applied for changing to 240 Hz.

Hope it's all making sense and someone can help me.

hey,my friend,at last ,how did you deal the problom,i meet the same question,i can't get 240hz,too

I found a solution but I can only get to 220hz. I made a costum resolution. For anything above 220hz, the screen goes black for 10 seconds. Hope this helps.
