How's The Crew 2? [PC]

Hey!


So, I know people think this is a hit or a miss kinda game, BUT.

I have really liked The Crew when I had it for PS4 a while ago, And it was really my first racing game I played with some friends and it was a blast! 

I have been looking for a fun racing game to play for a bit and Had my eye on the crew for awhile It has now went to 60% off and its only 30$ CAD.. But I have 15$ in my steam account waiting to be spent!  

I have looked at reviews and gameplay for it and although it is not the best racing game I think for that price it is pretty decent? its no Forza but I dont really want something like that and it costs around 70$ CAD for me to buy it so I have no real want to buy Foza!

What are your guys thoughts!

Forza Horizon 4 is a better game, I would recommend that personally, but Crew 2 have planes and boats if you are into those too.

It looks to be a $20.00 game anyway you look at it. It's $20.00 on console and $24.00 on Steam here in the US right now. It has been as low as $13.57 at GreenManGaming though so it may hit that price again in December. It would be wise to wait for another price drop in my opinion but if you must own it, $20.00 should be worth it. $15.00 sounds like a price that you won't exactly regret paying if you were to wait.

It's very much more of the same. I you liked the first, you'll like the second. It has some small iterative improvements like physics stability, so it's more predictable more of the time.

 

I didn't like the first and I have complaints with it. The boats and planes are pretty much useless, the map seems to be larger than the first game, but minus some now included rivers for boats and boring race tracks, it has less... stuff than the first in between places. They also removed the landmarks or whatever, so exploring isn't necessarily encouraged, and a lot of the landmarks that were in TC1 are just removed.
