Bluetooth via the Android x86 terminal.

hi guys, first time posting here

this is a problem that i have been unable to solve via some simple googling and intensive research.

on the XDA forums, i am helping out test a port of Android TV for x64 compatible devices, some people have been having Bluetooth issues and it's hard getting it to work if the GUI interface is having issues and we are unsure if it is the GUI or the Bluetooth subsystems that are having the problem

link here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/general/device-reviews-and-information/android-tv-x86-t3726365

i need help developing a set of commands that will help people connect up to and test their Bluetooth device/s to help diagnose it

so the command set should be like this:

1. enable Bluetooth via the terminal

2. search for Bluetooth device/s

3 connect up to said Bluetooth device

4. verify that it's successfully connected to it

i have tried some standard Bluetooth terminal commands like hcitool and even in root they fail, how android does Bluetooth is different then standard Linux distros as even in the latest version of android x86 it does the same thing

it would be very helpful if it can be done this was as i said before, it will help us diagnose Bluetooth issues that some are having

i will link this post to the XDA forums so others can see how it was done in the case of further troubleshooting is required

thanks in advance.
