Just bought it.. Only 19$ more expensive then a 1060 3gb with the cheapest b350 mb. 
It's also factory overclocked so that's a plus. The motherboard isn't too bad, actually pretty good.

I think it runs at 1435mhz, pretty close to that 1500mhz barrier a lot of cards hit.
