Purchasing audio equipment from Crutchfield

Hey all,

 

I'm looking at buying an AV receiver soon and have noticed a good price for it on Crutchfield.  I have no experience with this site, although I haven't noticed anything illegitimate about it.  That said, does anyone here have any experience buying stuff from this store?  If so, what should I expect in terms of shipping times, return policy, customer service, etc.?

I live about 2 hours from them. They are a great company. I actually was looking at maybe applying for a job with them.
