How many sleeved cables do I need?

Probably around 8-10 would be a good amount.

Not sure what you mean but you will find all the needed cables included with your power supply.

 

You will need

1x 24 pin for your motherboard

3x 8pin cables (1 for CPU and 2x GPU)

At least 1x multi connector SATA cable to power your 2 SSD and the optical drive (normally SATA)

@UI_Ren the basement is pretty well tinted, so you could just go for the normal setup. 24-pin ATX, 4/8-pin EPS, and 6/8-pin PCI-E cables. If you wanted to go all out though you could go with SATA power and SATA data cables for your two 2.5" drives.
