My monitor is tinted blue how do I fix it

If you use VGA, it may be a damaged cable or connector. If you use a digital connection (HDMI, DisplayPort, DVI) then something else is wrong. Try resetting the monitor and Windows Color Calibration settings.

If your other thread about having a slow laptop is anything to go by, i'm going to assume your using a VGA cable to output onto the monitor? If so it's the cable or possibly the connector either on your laptop or the monitor itself.
