Are you sure you need all of this?  I think you would be very pleased with the kind of system you could build for a lot less.  Also, SLI support is waning so the benefit of SLI is not what it used to be.

What kind of games do you want to play?

I edit the shit out of my posts.  Refresh before you respond.

Cut that PSU down to 850W at most, 1500 is a waste of money for this config. and get rid of the second GPU. I also don't recommend water cooling because it adds a bunch of cost for very little benefit.

Honestly if I had a budget like that I would consider looking up singularity computers to see what you can get built for that much.  He builds a computer with the best possible quality, it'll be perfect. My next machine will be from him if I can afford it, I built a custom loop with custom wires, the whole nine yards and would never be able to make it perfect.

Obviously it's going to cost more than doing it yourself

edit: he does builds of all levels of customization.  Anywhere from straight up loops and custom wiring all the way to full blown custom rigs, the lowest level would be the best version of a custom build most any of us could achieve.

Why 1500 PSU? That's just a waste of money. Get something like 700-900w. Also i would get a i5 8600k, as it's cheaper.

Oh yeah for sure. New hardware doesn't use much power. You could run that rig with a single GPU and you'd be fine with a high quality 550W PSU.
