Yeah, just realized my mistake.

You can just tell by looking at the IO plate if it has bios flashback or not.

It's mostly reserved for the high end boards, so at that point you might as well get an x470.

with the Strix motherboard, would you have to do the bios update with a chip set that amd give u.

 

also if that is a no anyone suggest a good motherboard am4 socket preferably 4 dim slots and a way to upgrade to a gpu like a nvidia one later?
