Hello,

I am looking to upgrade my system, I've already chose most of the parts, but I am worried about the cooling. I do not plan to manually overclock it, I just want my CPU to stay really cool so there won't any issues.

  • Do you think Cooler Master H60 is good enough for i7-8700k ?
  • Do you think I should invest more money to get a H110 ?
  • If I would overclock what cooler would you recommend ?

the H60 is mediocre for the price, you  can get a reeven justice for less and performs much better.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

NOPE NOPE NOPE. 120MM AIO = Hyper 212 Evo. If you must get a Corsair AIO get the H110i. My personal recommendation would be the Deepcool Captain 240EX RGB. Best looking AIO IMO

CPU: Core i9 12900K || CPU COOLER : Corsair H100i Pro XT || MOBO : ASUS Prime Z690 PLUS D4 || GPU: PowerColor RX 6800XT Red Dragon || RAM: 4x8GB Corsair Vengeance (3200) || SSDs: Samsung 970 Evo 250GB (Boot), Crucial P2 1TB, Crucial MX500 1TB (x2), Samsung 850 EVO 1TB || PSU: Corsair RM850 || CASE: Fractal Design Meshify C Mini || MONITOR: Acer Predator X34A (1440p 100hz), HP 27yh (1080p 60hz) || KEYBOARD: GameSir GK300 || MOUSE: Logitech G502 Hero || AUDIO: Bose QC35 II || CASE FANS : 2x Corsair ML140, 1x BeQuiet SilentWings 3 120 ||

No, you don't, but then why are you getting the 8700K? Save your money and get the 8700. Turbo Boost will take care of the rest under sufficient cooling (Dual-tower air cooler or 240mm+ AIO)

if you don't want to overclock then just get an 8700 and use the stock cooler, no point spending so much.

Just get some Noctua heatsink if you can fit it and don't mind the ugly fan and massive chunk of metal. They perform a little better in some cases. Go for a NH-U12s, or u14s. Or if you really want to get crazy with overclocking get a nh-d15.

Literally an idiot, don't listen to me.

I really would like for my computer to look cool, so for the first time with my life i want to go with a AIO liquid cooler.

Who says big heatsinks don't look good? You could always order a chromax nf-f12 which is black and comes with colored rubber "feet." Or just paint the fan. They're cheaper and are a little better in terms of cooling.

120mm aio is just fine for stock speeds and stock voltages

if you experience high temps you can undervolt the cpu

you have 30days to return your purchase if youre not satisfied

if youre not comfortable with the temps then get something better

Why get a 212 evo when you can get an H7 for around the same price?  Also, the h105 is pretty decent for the price.

I know that but people know the 212 EVO so I used it as a baseline. Also the h105 is $10 less than the h100i which had RGB and shit
