8700k + Hyper 212 - What are your temps?

Going to upgrade in April from my R5 1600. If Ryzen+ doesn't offer much IPC improvement, I'm jumping to the 8700k. Just curious what kind of temps people get with a 212? It's the only cooler I have atm, I know it'll handle it stock, but is there even an inch of wiggle room for OCing? Frustrating that I'd lose a good 10c because Intel slops 0.99 cent paste in their high end CPUs :/ 

Ryzen 7 2700x, MSI Gaming X RX 480 8gb, Asus ROG X470 Gaming, 2x8gb Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000, 120gb Kingston SSD (Boot) + 1TB Seagate Barracuda.

likely not... the 8700k runs hot so you likely will have no room for overclocking.

Alright. Well at least I could just undervolt until I get a super high end cooler.

Yea, thats your best idea to find the lowest voltage you can run it at stable under load and set it there.

Just using manual voltages instead of auto will do it.
