Geforce Experience overloads GPU

An update came down and with it Geforce Experience and after that most if not all my games uses 100% of my GPU. Its a brand new gamer laptop. The only way I was able to fix it temporarily is if I keep optamising and then restore the settings for games via Geforce Experience. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't but it works eventually. I tried looking it up, but I couldn't find anything related to my problem. I tried uninstalling Geforce Expereince, didn't help, and wasn't even able to fix it without it. I couldn't find any pattern on how or why it is happening. Before the update I had no problem with anything, it could run games at max settings with 60FPS at the least.

Roll back your GPU driver, this will remove your new Nvidia driver and replace it with your old one...https://www.nvidia.co.uk/object/driver_rollback.html and follow the instructions for W7. This has happened to me before because a lot of Nvidia's new drivers are optimised for certain games and don't always help with what you have already. You can refuse the download if you want and read the notes for the driver first....Hope this helps.
