Unable to send messages in iPhone 6!

Long story short, I was still able to send messages 3 days ago. But since then, my iPhone suddenly stop sending messages! When I try to send messages, it just shows a red exclamation mark with text says "Unable to send". I tried everything, soft/hard reset, resetting network config,... Anybody helps me? I'm using iOS 11.2.5. I live in Vietnam.

Are these messages text messages or iMessages?

If you are talking text messages then speak to your provider. Sounds like you've been cut off to me.

Probably gaming or helping technophobes with tech...

Try to surf the net (use your data), if that is cut off as well then speak to your provider.
