HWmonitor shows TMPIN 4 max temp at 128°C

I don't know if I'm posting this in the right section but it is a sensor that is most likely on the motherboard so yeah... This is my first pc build and I don't know if I did something wrong or is the reading just wrong. By the way it flashes from time to time showing a value of 127°C.

It's a faulty or unused sensor--nothing to worry about.

Try the motherboard manual or Google.

Have the exact same problem. on a E Z-170 ATX ASUS. but dont worry. the problem does not do anything. Its likely just a bug. cause you have not the same pc as i do. And my temp is also at value 0 min 0 max 128... its a dud. donnt worry.

It's not a bug. It just defaults to 127/128 when there is no sensor in place or its faulty

That's an F in the profile pic
